Am I getting a brand name
or generic form of my medication?
The RxRelief Network
offers both brand name and generic. Your choice if the generic is
available.
How many different
medications are offered under the FullCircleRx Relief program?
All medications except Controlled Substances are available through the
RxRelief Network. (Controlled Substances are cannabis, depressants, hallucinogens,
narcotics and stimulants)
If I am receiving drugs
under these programs, can my spouse be considered as well?
Certainly,
as long as he or she fills out the proper paperwork.
Everyone is eligible for the RxRelief Network.
Do I need the
cooperation of my doctor?
No,
for RxRelief, all you need is a prescription written for a 90-day supply
with three refills.
How will I get my
medications?
RxRelief
medications will ship directly to your home.
How long should I expect
from my date of application to when I can receive my medications?
RxRelief
medications will be delivery time varies depending on the supplier used
and what country you
have chosen. It can vary by 2-4 weeks.
Is there a
limit to the number of medications I can have under the RxRelief Program
program?
No,
as long as all medications are prescribed for you by your physician.
Once I am accepted into
the RxRelief program, is there a limit on how long I can participate?
There
are no limitations to the RxRelief Network. Your application fee of
$25.00 provides for a lifetime membership.
How will I know when to
renew my medications?
After
you have used 30-45 days of your medication call FullCircle Prescription
Services, Inc. for your re-fill order.
How much will all this
cost me?
Once you cover
the $25.00 processing fee, the prescriptions will be quoted per your
country of choice when you reorder.
How do I know if the
medications are safe?
FullCircleRx ONLY facilitates your purchase of medications from government
approved pharmacies. These pharmacies purchase ONLY from our drug companies’
quality-manufacturing operations which are all FDA approved facilities.
Why are they so
affordable?
There are several
reasons: they may be manufactured in countries that have price controls
such as Canada and England. And/Or the pharmaceutical companies
themselves offer lower prices to provide a greater return on their
investment after receiving full price in the U.S.
I hear that customs has
been confiscating some of the drugs, is this true?
This has occurred in the
past but since 2006 it is now less than 1% of total. Some of the
confiscation has been reported from countries (like China and Mexico)
not approved by the FDA and are not on our selected country list.
If my shipment were to be
confiscated, will I loose my money?
No. The shipment is
re-sent.
Why can't medications be returned or exchanged?
The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for
use or re-use of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (Alberta College of Pharmacists
Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996).
For our customers protection, we cannot accept returns.
